SG50 Celebrated Community Caring Project

Last year Careworks Community Services received MCCY's approval to carry out a major project called SG50: Celebrate Community Caring project. This project reached out to nearly 177 needy beneficiaries comprising mostly elderly and some families in the Moulmein Kallang Division. 

To foster family and community bonding, there were 2 events; a Mini-Carnival and a Birthday party for Singapore to showcase the element of caring for the community in  conjunction with Singapore's 50th birthday celebrations. It was a joyous affair on both occasions with beneficiaries,volunteers and others taking part in the 2 events. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the beneficiaries and their families and to all volunteers sponsors, and leaders who contributed in one way or another to mark a turning point in the history of Careworks Community services and as well as that of Singapore as a nation!
